Make an Application

Application forms are available from Fifeshire House, Nelson City Council and the Tasman District Council offices in Richmond, Motueka, Murchison and Takaka during normal office hours or you can download one now by clicking the link below.

The closing date for applications is the 20th of each month, all applications are considered at meetings of the trustees which are held monthly in the Fifeshire House boardroom.

Fill out the application form giving all of the information asked for including signatures and evidence of the need for assistance.

For Individuals: please provide two referees who can back up you application, for example your WINZ manager, Doctor, Clergyman / Minister, Lawyer, School principal or budget advisor.

For Organisations: please provide two signatories from your organisation, a resolution from you committee and a copy of your financial statements.

Once you have completed the form return it to Fifeshire House, Trafalgar Square, Nelson or post to PO Box 907, Nelson
