About the foundation
The Fifeshire Foundation is made up of 8 board members who meet once each month to decide which
applications will qualify for funding.
Over $400,000 has now been raised by the Fifeshire Foundation and distributed to individuals and
organisations throughout the region.
Our aim is to help families and individuals make longer term changes in their lives, we support
organisations working to improve peoples self esteem, training, relationships and parenting
skills.
Some groups that have received grants from the foundations are

- Neighbourhood Dads Project
- Nelson Bays Homebuilders
Applications for funding can be made direct from the website by printing the form off and
posting it to The Fifeshire Foundation, PO Box 907, Nelson or dropping it off to our reception at
Fifeshire House in Trafalgar square.
